About The Event
This weeks Meditation will be about Slowing Down your mind - A perfect one for all our Busy Minds.
The meditation will be led by myself (Amy founder of Mamma with a Cuppa) I am a qualified Ten of Zen Mindfulness teacher.
I am offering these sessions throughout February free of charge, It would be great if you would be willing to give feedback in return for these sessions. I am hoping we can form a weekly group in which us Mamma's can enjoy some downtime and relax with our own thoughts. This is suitable for Mum's of babies and children of all ages and completley suitable for absolute beginners in Meditation. If you have any questions about this practice - please do get in touch.
All sessions will be on Wednesdays at 8pm - held on Zoom the link will be sent as part of your ticket.
Sessions will last between 15 - 30 mins.
Please feel free to be in pjs / no make up / how ever you feel comfortable.
Some people may want to be in bed as meditation can make some fall asleep. (No worries if you'd rather not like to talk at the end of the meditation - feel free to just log offor keep your microphone off)
I will be answering any questions at the end of the meditation about how it made you feel. So please do be honest, if you feel comfortable to talk in this way.
Most of all I want you to all enjoy this ' Mamma Time' and use it as a chance to unwind and be yourself.
