Mum to be Workout
This workout is suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy following your 12 week scan with adaptations made at each stage to ensure that every workout is safe and effective to maintain your fitness throughout your pregnancy. Antenatal exercise focusses on preparing your body for its biggest workout yet and the key emphasis in these sessions is fitness maintenance and preparation for birth, not heart raising workouts!
The Fitmummies community
This is a fun and effective way to exercise during pregnancy and new parenthood. Training is delivered safely with the correct knowledge and exercises are adapted to suit all abilities and fitness levels of the expectant or new mum.
Once the baby has arrived, childcare needn’t be an issue as Fitmummies allows you to spend quality time with your child whilst you undertake the workout, while the little ones are watching you (or even joining in) … or if they’re asleep, you can enjoy some time for you!!
And if your baby needs you, there’s no need to worry or feel awkward, just go ahead and make them happy … and then join back in with the exercise. The experience is a great way to keep active, meet new friends (virtually) and can greatly help with not only your physical but your mental wellbeing throughout maternity leave where you’ll have a support network around you to help you through the highs and lows.
Grace will be running 3 different sessions suitable for all different stages of motherhood.
